TagMan Appoints Thomas Hammell as Vice President of North American Sales to Drive Next Phase of Growth

TagMan, a global leader in tag management systems (TMS), today announced it has appointed Thomas Hammell as Vice President of North American Sales. Mr. Hammell will be responsible for TagMan’s North American revenue growth and solution selling strategies as TagMan continues to expand beyond its core TMS offerings to include marketing attribution, tag powered marketing data capabilities and marketing services.
Thomas Hammell joins TagMan with fifteen (15) years of enterprise sales experience at industry pioneers Endeca (acquired by Oracle,) Trilogy, and Akamai. At TagMan, Tom will drive continued adoption of TagMan’s Marketing Data Platform, combining this with a consultative approach as customers increasingly look to TagMan for industry best practices and insight from our marketing services organization. Mr. Hammell most recently served as Vice President of Sales for Princeton Power systems for their high-performance power electronics products and services, where he was responsible for revenue growth in the U.S. Mr. Hammell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Princeton University.
Hammell’s appointment comes on the heels of TagMan’s 22nd consecutive quarter of revenue growth and at a significant time in the industry’s lifecycle when first-generation tag management customers’ needs are evolving from seeking primarily tag management oriented website performance gains to also wondering how they can access and monetize the marketing data collected and unified by tag management systems.
